I should win because my love for Ghost goes far beyond the music—it inspires me deeply as both an artist and a person. I admire how Tobias Forge didn’t just create a band, but an entire universe filled with symbols, art, and meaning. Ghost has shown me that you can be theatrical, dark, and powerful, while still embracing the most human part of yourself: the pursuit of a fairer, freer world. My makeup doesn’t just capture Ghost’s aesthetic—it expresses the emotion, strength, and sensitivity their art evokes in me. I want to convey the duality I love so much: the darkness that protects the light, and the beauty that arises from contrast. More than winning, I want to pay tribute to what Ghost truly means to me. I also have a special story with the band: I went to the September 23rd concert at the Palacio de los Deportes—the very day Papa V Perpetua was struck by the Curse of Moctezuma 🤭. I was a bit sad since I was only a few meters from the stage, but I’m incredibly grateful he recovered, and I was lucky enough to see him on September 25th, giving the best concert of my life.
